OUR STORY
Meet Jilly Tyler, Founder of Weeknight Cook.
With deep roots in cattle and grain farming, Jilly has spent years working in her family's beef business alongside her husband Kelvin and their boys, who together run and live on their broadacre farm. It was here she developed a passion for sustainability and bridging the gap between primary producers and consumers.
Jilly's vision was to create a brand that celebrates quality Australian ingredients, delivering a range of easy-to-prepare meals that keep cooking simple while letting people feel proud of what they serve.
